Job Description
Nicholas Scott are working with a leading law firm who are looking to recruit a junior finance lawyer into their finance practice group based in their London office. Ideally someone with relevant aviation finance experience for this role.
Specific work will include transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of transaction documentation.
Requirements:
·Qualified solicitor (in the region of 1-3PQE)
·Adaptable and able to thrive in the team.
·Attention to the detail of drafting documentation, recognise the needs of clients, be outgoing, client facing and enjoy participating fully in business development activities.
·Organised, responsive and able to work under time pressure to demanding timescales
