The Role
As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st Line response for internal support and handling a variety of tasks. This will involve upgrading web applications, managing databases, and utilizing the Microsoft Suite of tools. You will also be involved in managing hardware such as printers and laptops and will be expected to complete any additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
SQL Databases and Microsoft office experience
Great Communication Skills
Documentation skills
1 year IT Support experience
Desirable :
Azure
Sharepoint
Any Programming/scripting languages.
