In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will be within a dynamic work environment mainly focused on 1st line support of faculty. You'll be managing IT Equipment, monitoring databases and systems. You'll be in a great learning environment to grow a well rounded IT Support skillset.
This role would suit a Junior IT Support Engineer looking for a place to start or grow their IT Support career and driven to provide the best support possible. You must be able to pass a DBS check which will be provided.

Set up and Manage IT Equipment
Monitor and Manage Databases and Systems
Perform Basic IT Support to Faculty

Able to pass a DBS Check
