Job Description
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of legal matters
- Support the legal team in managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Assist with legal disputes and litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and keep up to date with changes in law
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
- Contribute to the legal team's projects and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Legal Counsel should have:
- A qualified solicitor within commercial contracts or commercial litigation
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A sound understanding of the leisure, travel and tourism sector
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
