Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work directly with key members of the global business, and legal teams around the world on a variety of cutting edge projects..



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law; JD or equivalent required..
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience (post graduation) practicing law in a commercial/legal environment, preferably with a global context.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional speaking and drafting skills. Proficiency in any additional language(s) - German or French - is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment, demonstrating sensitivity to different cultural norms and practices.
  • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Technology background with a demonstrated understanding of how technology intersects with commercial law, including familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, and some background in regulatory compliance areas such as international sanctions and personal data protection.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with business leaders by cultivating a deep understanding of their business and providing proactive, solution-oriented advice.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident at engaging and interacting with sophisticated stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate the ability, in a positive, commercial and practical manner, to identify, prioritize and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
