<p><strong>Junior Legal Counsel opportunity, Commercial lawyer, well renowned fashion group, Central London, NQ-1PQE</strong></p><p><br><br>Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.<br></p><p>Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to work closely across the groups business to provide business and legal advice relating to commercial matters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating closely with Legal team</li><li>Advising on a varied range of complex, high profile and business-critical contracts</li><li>Providing general legal advice and support on a range of issues including IP, Data Protection, litigation, TUPE etc.</li><li>Working closely with and able to build strong relationships with various members of our business and senior legal leadership team</li><li>Developing and maintaining excellent relationships across the groups wider offices with key understanding for certain functions</li><li>Managing external law firms within scope and budget</li><li>Engaging and building a strong network across the wider Legal team and business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience required:</strong></p><ul><li>Educated as a qualified lawyer NQ - 1 PQE in a department at a law firm or in-house.</li><li>Significant experience managing complex disputes with an established law firm or reputable company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.</li><li>Courage and integrity to recognise and do what is right.</li><li>Intellectually curiosity.</li><li>Must thrive on working as a team, in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.</li><li>Come with an interest in fashion, retail and FMCG</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you would like to understand more, please contact Dom Pulsford, attaching your CV to dpulsford@kgglobal.co.uk.</p><br>Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
