You will be an ambitious and personable insurance litigator (Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive), looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging cases and to help build on numerous successes thus far.
Reporting to the Head of Legal Practice, you will handle a case load of professional indemnity claims against solicitors and other professionals but also have the ability to
service other types of claims as the ABS expands, including financial risks claims.
You will deliver high quality and cost-effective legal representation, demonstrate excellent litigation knowledge and provide excellent client service. You will also assist with the development of the ABS generally.
Must Have:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Exec or Barrister in England and Wales with some PQE experience.
Desirable:
- Insurance Litigation Experience
- Experience handling Professional Indemnity and Financial Risk Cases.
