Junior Marketing Coordinator - High End Pilates Brand
£25k basic salary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and possess strongcommunication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of marketing within the fitness industry. We are looking for a bright and positive personality to help support the business in all marketing and administration functions.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Work closely with our marketing agency on all studio presale campaigns and be the liaison between the agency and studio owners.
- Work closely with Operations Manager and Support Coordinator to ensure franchisees are on schedule with all presale campaigns.
- Keeping presale spreadsheets up to date and coordinate all comms with HQ team and agency.
- Assist in coordinating events and franchisee inductions.
- Regular upkeep of marketing content and resources in Digital Stack
- Understanding the functions of the global campaigns provided by Australia HQ and deliver to UK HQ, agency, and studio owners.
- Work with Australia HQ on any studio website updates.
- Conduct presale marketing check-in calls with studios i.e. preparation, during and post campaign check-ins.
- Understand the inner workings of our the CRM system and act as a knowledge source for the internal staff and the franchisee network.
