In this role, you'll be an integral part of our project team, coordinating and processing work scope associated with project-related contracts for all our cutting-edge products.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and collaborating closely with the Director of Isolation Services, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients and third-party inspection services. Your role will involve assisting with detailed quotations, coordinating technical documentation, arranging project kick-off meetings, and managing project plans, budgets, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed quotations for project-related enquiries
- Coordinate technical documentation for bid submissions
- Arrange project kick-off meetings upon contract award
- Manage project plans, budgets, and milestones
- Coordinate field surveys and attend client meetings as required
- Ensure timely receipt of engineering drawings and associated documents
- Write necessary testing and operational procedures
- Coordinate client or third-party inspection visits
- Compile mobilization lists and advise on deployment requirements
- Assist with field deployment as required
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems
Experience in an engineering background with topside/process/pipeline/subsea experience is advantageous, along with strong technical writing skills. A driving license is required, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft AX system is a plus.

- BSc/BEng or equivalent in Mechanically biased subjects
