Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager: * Assist senior property managers in day-to-day operations, including tenant communication, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. * Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Conduct property inspections and assist in resolving maintenance issues promptly. * Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure vacant properties are marketed effectively and leased promptly. * Assist with financial tasks such as deposit returns * Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and documentation. Requirements: * Property/ Lettings experience preferred but not essential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members. * Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills. * A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
