Our client are a leading Executive Recruitment Firm looking to add top graduate talent to their dynamic office. Their team is dedicated, and full of career driven individuals who have been trained to professionally deliver executive recruitment solutions to reputable life science / construction companies across the US.
What is an Executive Recruitment Consultant?
In our clients company you’ll be working as a 360 degree consultant, this means that you are tasked to manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Your overall objective is to successfully place executive level candidates into new permanent positions so that you meet your monthly billing target. Once your candidate passes their probation, your commission will be paid!
Within our company being rewarded for your hard work is what we are all about, we know that Executive Recruitment isn’t easy! So, when you are hitting your targets we offer quarterly incentives which can include: the Races, the Tennis and Michelin star restaurants etc. These incentives are there to keep you motivated but if you don’t have the drive and self-motivation already, this is not the job for you.
Although Executive Recruitment has lots of perks there are also downsides to the role, it is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection. The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs, you will not enjoy this position!
