As a Junior Estates Surveyor, you will assist in the management of our property portfolio, focusing on telecoms sites. You will support the team with lease management, property agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in property management or surveying, who is looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Lease Management: Assist in the negotiation, renewal, and management of leases and property agreements for telecoms sites.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of the property portfolio, ensuring all lease agreements and site details are up-to-date and accessible.
Compliance: Ensure telecoms sites comply with planning, environmental, and health & safety regulations, and assist in resolving any related issues.
Support the management of property-related costs, including negotiating terms with landlords and ensuring timely payments.
Prepare reports on lease renewals, site performance, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Estates team, contributing to the department’s overall success.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management, surveying, or a related field. A degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
Driving License: A full, clean driving license is required, as site visits may be necessary.
