ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior UX Designer, you will support the design team in creating user-friendly and engaging digital experiences. Working closely with senior designers, you will assist in conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and refining design concepts. This role is perfect for a creative and enthusiastic individual looking to grow their career in UX design within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

Ensure all designs adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.

Support the design team in maintaining consistency and quality across all projects.

WHAT YOU HAVE

A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.

Proficiency in Figma.

Basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
