The brand, a progressive and purpose-driven company in the retail and wellness industry, is experiencing exciting growth and is looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser. This role will be instrumental in optimizing the consumer experience and driving revenue on the brand websites through strategic product placements and merchandising.

The Ecommerce Merchandiser will:

  • Launch and activate products on-site in alignment with marketing plans.
  • Ensure accurate SKU categorization and website consistency.
  • Use analytics to effectively merchandise sites and enhance customer journey and conversion.
  • Manage upsells, cross-sells, and product recommendations.
  • Execute planned trade activities, promotions, and price changes.
  • Monitor site searches, optimize search conversion, and suggest navigation improvements.
  • Ensure accurate regional pricing and product information, addressing anomalies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify improvements for the website.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of online merchandising experience.
  • EU, German or US market experience
  • Proficiency in Magento and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce principles and best practices.
  • Experience in online visual merchandising and UX optimization.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
