About the Team:

  • This is a diverse role working across client marketing, events and advertising campaigns.
  • You will sit in the Media Sales team. You will primarily be focused on the delivery of existing campaigns and supporting expanding existing key account business.
  • The role would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced marketing or experiential marketing agency environment, or client-side across multiple projects.
  • We work on large and complex multi-channel campaigns across the UK - everything from live events to digital marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

You'll primarily support the Key Account Director in managing and delivering key client accounts, from sales pipeline management and concept ideation to pitching, execution, and reconciliation. Occasionally client-facing, you'll need a comprehensive understanding of all assigned projects and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include writing pitch decks and proposals, generating quotes, managing suppliers, and overseeing budgets, with some on-the-ground delivery across the UK.

Our media channels encompass digital marketing, advertising, and experiential delivery to Brand Ambassadors and Micro-Influencers.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of agency experience in client and supplier-facing roles, within marketing or experiential marketing environments both digitally and on the ground event delivery.
  • Ability to quickly grasp brand objectives and align strategies to support them.
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of the Gen Z marketing and advertising environment, and preferably the UK University space.
  • Ideally, you’ll have gone to a UK university, and been immersed in the events and Students Union culture.
  • A proactive, optimistic attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks independently. Whether this be meeting pitch and budget deadlines, or managing suppliers on the ground.
  • London-based, 1 to 2 days per week in the office, with occasional travel and weekend work, staying overnight, especially in peak delivery periods such as Freshers.

What we offer:

Salary range £35,000 plus Commission
Pension contributions of 5%

We offer flexible working but feel it's important to spend quality time with your native work colleagues too. Where possible we ask that you visit our office in the super vibrant Shoreditch area! Minimum 2 days per week in the office.
