James Chase is looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager to join the UK entity of a global Marketing agency. Hybrid London role, split between remote, office, and client site.

You will lead and deliver campaigns on behalf of a large prestigious international client, bringing x-functional teams together to deliver on the brief, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, and driving business value through effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as one of the main points of contact for the local market clients, collaborating internally and externally with operational and strategic leads
  • Manage the cross-functional domain/channel team for your group of campaigns, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Have accountability for the entire lifecycle of campaigns, including local delivery management, domain/channel scope, activities, and KPIs
  • Foster integration across agencies to drive business value and meet client objectives, working alongside the Client Director (in larger markets) and domain specialists
  • Establish connections with other Key Account Managers and Markets Business Directors to share insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Take local responsibility for budgets, yearly marketing planning, reconciliation, and other financial matters for your remit

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in similar role, as Account Manager, Account Director, Customer Journey/Success MNG
  • Marketing/Media agency background (mix of agency and inhouse ideal, but agency essential)
  • End to end hands-on Campaign management/delivery experience
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel campaign activity with a customer journey focus
  • Expert relationship builder and a track record of engaging major clients and key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in understanding data analytics, utilising insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaigns
  • Excellent team management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Automotive sector experience highly desirable
  • Experience of working with one major client or a small group of clients highly desirable
