Position: Key Accounts Manager

Overall Purpose: Our client is the leading garage equipment company in the UK looking to recruit the role of Key Accounts Manager within their growing management department
Location: Office-based in Hebden Bridge, 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of the customer and provide solutions to problems
- Follow up enquiries and organise any necessary customer appointments
- Regularly provide customer key performance indicators/metrics
- Suggest further proposition improvements based on the needs of the customer and help increase customer loyalty
- Identify and raise any potential leads/opportunities for growth
- Manage any relevant tender applications through to completion
- Liaise with relevant key stakeholders to assist in the resolution of customer escalations
- Ensure all customer complaints relating to service support functions are resolved and completed in a timely manner
- Manage customer performance indicators/metrics

Skill, Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Service delivery function
- Good working knowledge and experience of garage equipment and related services preferred, but not essential as training/support provided
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent levels of communication, dealing with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Positive “can do” attitude towards customer problem solving
- Honest and transparent
