Key Media Account Manager

**THE ROLE**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers with committed revenue; collaborate with Key Account Executives on strategic growth opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new revenue opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Facilitate the consumption of committed deals through onboarding processes, mid-year check-ins, and expanding user base.
- Identify content gaps within current deals leading to loss of market share.
- Gather customer intelligence during daily interactions to guide Key Account Executives towards new development opportunities such as customer solutions and new initiatives.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Demonstrated experience in sales within the Media and Digital publishing sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the media industry. / Salesforce
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end media publisher process.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Extensive track record in developing accounts to enhance revenue.
- Previous experience in account management.
- Proven success in increasing business revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities./ C1 German
