We have an opportunity for a highly driven ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team and partner with one of our key customers who are an industry leading fashion e-tailer.
This role is based in London at our customers offices, and will require extensive business travel within the UK meeting with internal operational teams and external suppliers. You will join the Commercial team where you will report to the Commercial Manager. Our Key Account Manager duties and key responsibilities:

– Align the Commercial Strategy to support the delivery of business objectives across specified key accounts.
– Develop relationships with one of our major blue chip e-tailor clients.
– Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer’s needs and requirements.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

– Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
– Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
– Resolve all challenges faced by customers.
– Lead implementation disciplines to maximise customer retention.
– Contribute to the development of new and enhanced customer propositions.
– Expand the relationships with the partnered customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their business needs.
– Develop and implement leading, consistent disciplines and activities to ensure that the business has ongoing healthy commercial growth.
– Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
