About the Role Partnering with one of our strategic customers, this key account management role will require you to bring your skills and expertise around business planning, negotiation and customer relationships.As national Key Account Manager, you will work with the Tork brand in our Professional Hygiene business.This role reports into the Sales Manager. This is a national role, where you can expect regular and extensive travel around the UK, with the requirement to stay away from home during the working week.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. What You Will DoDevelop joint business plans for designated key customersEnsure plans are constantly reviewed; lead the customer relationship through business planning, implementation and follow upContract negotiations, including product offering and pricing strategiesEnsure all internal and external stakeholders are communicated to, and understand their roleFrequently analyse customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunitiesActively support Account Managers to achieve strategic plans within the customer baseWho You AreProven experience of managing key accounts at a national levelSuccessful at managing customer relationships at board levelAbility to self-lead, using initiative for solutionsAdvanced negotiation skillsConsultative and strategic selling skillsProven experience within health and hygieneHighly structured in your approachWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
