To build and execute business plans to achieve sales goals for key accounts within the assigned territories. To drive territory sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization through building effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results in a specific therapeutic area

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote AAA’s portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages & disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making & optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way, through:
• Leverage all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
• Maintain a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities
• Leverage advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and maximizing customer experience for the benefit of patients.
• Behave ethically, comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to AAA/Novartis values and behaviours
