Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring their purchases to identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Initiate, scope, and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue.
  • Work with the Client Services team to carry out activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value.
  • Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets.
  • Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas, garnering client feedback, and participating in the launch process of new products.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers at conferences and product demonstrations.
  • Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products.
  • Update the CRM to ensure it accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status.
  • Ensure your clients have signed contracts, and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 3+ years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
  • 12 months+ of Sales leadership experience in a B2B sales role is preferable.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and managing highly targeted campaigns.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiating contract/procurement processes.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to forecast and report on team performance.
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems/reporting. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the legal industry.
  • Sales-motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and internal key constituents at the firm.
