Job Description
- Developing and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with key accounts within food manufacturing and retail accounts
- Meeting with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Identifying opportunities for sales within each account
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in sales team meetings to provide updates on account status
- Implementing sales strategies to ensure the company meets its targets
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
- Ability to network and work cross functional within customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment
- A customer-oriented mindset
- Office Based - South Yorkshire
