Opportunity:

There is a big opportunity to come in and impress here. With a great team already in place, this role is for someone who already has significant FMCG Account Management experience looking to take a strategic lead and manage some critical accounts.

In charge of the entire product category across the UK in the ever-growing Discounter Channel, as a NAM you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, pricing, promotions, brand execution and you will manage the full P&L.

It’s a dynamic, challenging business where you will need to bring a strategic and structured approach to a busy team. You will directly manage some of their largest accounts, whilst supporting the wider customer base with best practice strategy and analysis and growth in new business areas.

  • University Degree
  • National Account Management experience of large/complex customers in the consumer goods market.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • We are open on categories be that Non–Food, Food, Drink, Health & Beauty or any other Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Critical thinking – able to understand complex markets, customers, brands, commercials, and operational issues.
  • A thorough understanding of the UK Retail Market.
  • You can work at pace, take ownership, think outside the box and get things done.
  • You are commercially minded – you know your numbers and everything that impacts them.
