RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Key Account Manager and Ecosystem Leader your main responsibility will be to own an ecosystem of a specific vertical mixing Key Prospects accounts and Customers. You will wear a number of hats including:

  • business development
  • strategic advisor
  • product enablement
  • technical support

    You’ll be responsible for your ecosystem growth with four main objectives:

    To Nurture your portfolio of free accounts until they become paid customers
    To Influence the signing of New Business within your ecosystem
    To Manage and maintain the customer relationship within your portfolio
    To Retain and upsell your customers while driving product adoption and network growth

    Additionally, the key to success for this team is a strong ability to collaborate and communicate. You will work closely with our Account Executives, Product Team, and Services Teamon a daily basis.

    REPORTING LINE
    This job will initially report to the Key Account Management Lead.

    This position can be based in Paris (on-site)or London(hybrid).

    YOUR BACKGROUND

    - Proficient in providing feedback and performance reviews
    - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS industry.
    - Proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, Business DevelopmentRepresentative, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships Manager
    - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce & Hubspot
    - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

    HIRING PROCESS

- VP Success meeting (30 minutes)

- You will be invited to meet with the CEO - Simon Bouchez (30 mins)
