Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities include:Key Account turnover and P&L responsibility for the Accessories business.Securing listings and sell-out of ranging, ensuring innovations and promotions are implemented in alignment with our portfolio management approach.Optimises infrastructure within the Key Account ( Logistics, IT, finance) as well as marketing/sales process ( Pricing, Promotions, Listings)Develops Key Account strategic plans – in collaboration with Power Tool teams.Planning of Key Account turnover and volume forecasting in alignment with logistics.Coordinates cross-functionally (internally) on annual agreements, tenders, and category management.Management of Annual Trading Terms process & Pricing and responsible for customer negotiations within the pre-defined parameters and timeline.Manages Key Accounts financials (credits, open receivables, projected sales allowances/cost concessions) and escalates for support where required.Keeps stakeholders informed internally on Key Account activities and provides feedback on market performance/activity.Organisation and management of trade fairs, catalogue creation, Point of Sale assets or other such Key Account-specific activities or promotions.QualificationsExtensive knowledge and experience within SalesKnowledge and experience within MarketingProven and strong negotiation skillsProven and strong Analytical SkillsStrong Customer Relationship Management experiencePower Tools Product and Assortment knowledgeAdditional InformationThis role sits at a Band 10 in our internal Job banding structure.
