THIS IS A 6 MONTH KICKSTART PLACEMENT WHICH IS ONLY OPEN TO CANDIDATES AGED 16-24 YEARS OLD WHO ARE OUT OF WORK AND CLAIMING UNIVERSAL CREDIT.  AS PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED ELIGIBLE BY YOUR JOB CENTRE WORK COACH. Kickstart Events and Social Media Coordinator  – Job Placement Summary: 

– To organise and manage events within the building and surrounding areas.

– To communicate with fellow independent business to create and run events

– To promote said events on social media and online

– To promote the business itself online and maintain social media presence

– To communicate with the shop team and management on any events

– To finalise events with the shop management

– To create content for online – imagery, photography, graphic design

– To work with the online sales supervisor with listing any stock online to our website shop

Kickstart Events and Social Media Coordinator  – Job Purpose: To organise and manage events and media for the business

Reporting to:

Holly Nowak

Kickstart Events and Social Media Coordinator  – The following skills will be developed:

– Communication

– Leadership skills

– Individual time keeping and planning

– Working within budgets

– Using social media programmes

– Photography

– Graphic design

– Creating relationships with other businesses

Kickstart Events and Social Media Coordinator   – Skills & Experience:

– Experience running events would also be preferred
