As a Kitchen Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs, you're responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and leading your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they're still at the heart of everything you and your team do.
About the role
The Greyhound in Kensington is looking for its next Kitchen Manager!
The Greyhound is a gem of a pub hidden amongst the glamour of Kensington, right next to Hyde Park. A one floor operation, with the option of turning half the pub into function space.
The Greyhound offers a true opportunity to the right candidate. Currently a Chameleon site, with sky sports and also offers a very popular shuffleboard in the back room. As well as having a wonderful location the Greyhound sits right next to several large media offices, so the ideal candidate will be able to tap into this affluent and challenging sector.

You'll be passionate about delivering quality dishes and food standards
You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
