You don't need to come from our sector, or have product knowledge, we will provide you with all the training and development you need. Benchmarx may have only been established in 2006, but we're already a major supplier to the UK's building and construction market.Where will you be working? This Part Time Kitchen Sales Designer opportunity isbased at our new West Swindon Benchmarx showroom on, Caen View, Rushy Platt, Swindon, SN5 8WQ, Based within our busy Travis Perkins branch this Benchmarx branch has a team of 6 colleagues providing exceptional advice and service to our customers. Also within this busy Travis Perkins branch they operate 5vehicles (3 x 18T and 21 x 26T), there is a full tool hire time team too and obviously our Benchmarx kitchen team! Customer footfall is strong, the workplace is a busy one! Your working hours will be Monday - Friday7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday’s 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays). Hours of working: This is a part time role working30 hoursper week. We are open from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 Midday every Saturday. We are open to discussing the hours of work regarding this 30 hour working week opportunity. Our customers are traders and homeowners, so with your new learned knowledge of our products and newly trained design skills - here’s a snapshot of branch life at Benchmarx:Working with homeowners and trades professionals, you will produce accurate designs and quotes in a professional and timely manner to really understand their project and create their dream kitchenBuilding a strong network of customers around you to ensure you meet sales targets, you will also work closely with the external and internal stakeholders regarding customer requirementsNot all customers come into the branch, so you will regularly visit our customers’ homes or building sites, where you will draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so your aim will be to ensure that our colleagues and customers leave the Showroom safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and proceduresDoes this sound like you?You don't need previous industry experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer, we are looking for transferable skills, a passion to go above and beyond for our customers, a thirst for chasing a sale and providing a first class service.You’ll be methodical and tenacious in your approach, being meticulous in terms of design to convert salesYou’ll have great communication skills and be able to talk to a diverse set of individuals establishing great, long lasting relationshipsYou’ll have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed, being a strong self starter you will also enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues.You’ll have the desire and motivation to exceed sales targets to maximise earning potentials
