Knowledge and Innovation Attorney
We are seeking a talented knowledge and innovation attorney to join this exciting US law firm, within its investment funds and private capital practice group in London. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of the knowledge management and innovation efforts within a top-tier legal team.
In this role, you will be the key resource for legal knowledge, market insights, and practical solutions for the Investment Funds and Private Capital team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and implementing knowledge management projects, developing and maintaining essential practice content, and enhancing attorney workflows through innovative legal technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and address the knowledge needs of the Investment Funds and Private Capital practice group.
- Collaborate with IFPC lawyers to draft, update, and manage critical practice documents, templates, and client-facing materials.
- Promote and maintain our new Knowledge Management system, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for the team.
- Identify and address practice pain points, recommend legal tech solutions, and support the development and implementation of innovative tools.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in knowledge management or legal innovation, or at least 5 years of law firm practice experience in investment funds and private capital.
