September 2024 start Full-time Hours – (Monday to Friday) Pay: £120 - £140 per day Location: Hyndburn   The  East Lancashire Primary Team  at Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit KS1 Teachers to support the great schools in our area, for a September 2024 start. We are seeking a skilled and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our team of teaching staff. As a dedicated KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Be a Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS1. Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards. Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills. Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience. Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, in order to plan and deliver inspiring lessons. Set high expectations to enable children to achieve. Manage Teaching Assistants effectively. Use assessment strategies effectively and report to parents and SLT. Immerse yourself into the school, promoting their ethos and building relationships with children, staff and families. Have an enhanced DBS on the update service. Have an excellent understanding of Safeguarding practices.
