Escape Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Analyst to join an expanding laboratory team within a growing, global manufacturing company!
The Role:
- Perform laboratory analysis on a range of precursor materials and products via ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy), EVT (Electrothermal Vaporization), TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis) and LFA (Laser Flash Analysis).
- You will maintain existing equipment as well as developing and commissioning new equipment and test methods as required.
- Data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
- Assist with writing specifications, validation and analytical methods.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality.
About You:
- Experience with ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy) is essential.
- Degree qualified in Chemistry or other relevant degree.
- Industry experience, working within a high through-put laboratory environment.
- LIMS or related software experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
- Experienced of EVT (Electrothermal Vaporization) and Minitab is desirable.
