Job Description
We are currently partnering with a pioneering asset manager who are looking for a junior/mid-level lawyer to occupy a role with breadth and variety and form part of an established, international legal team.
The successful candidate will:
- Advise on product development, fund launches and maintenance of the current and future portfolio;
- Function as a point of contact on regulatory/compliance matters and advise on impacts of future European regulations;
- Review, draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
You may have built your post-qualification practice in investment management, perhaps with a generalist background, or you may have more targeted funds (UCITS) experience. Alternatively, you may have derivatives/structured products knowledge and wish to broaden your skill set.
Experience in any one of the above areas would be of relevance and interest for this role, owing to the breadth and range of products this business creates and markets.
