Employment Law advisor / Employment solicitor / Employment Paralegal
This law firm is well known in the local area and only works on the behalf of individuals in relation to Employment law matters
They are now looking to hire some additional members of staff to support their clients. These individuals will be acting on the behalf of claimants in litigated employment matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, etc. They will also be providing employment law advice in relation to redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreements etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working across different areas of employment law, and can either be a qualified solicitor, Chartered legal executive or paralegal. They will have to demonstrate a very good attention to detail, problem solving skills as well as being able to work sensitively and compassionately with claimants.
The firm is based in Berkshire and they have a hybrid working model
