Global IT services provider that has enjoyed sequential years of growth and holds a leading position in their market. Operating in multiple countries, with c600 employees in the UK.
Reporting to the UK Chief People Officer and joining a people team of 15, you will spearhead all L&D initiatives for the UK business. You will link in with Group (the owning co.) on the over-arching L&D strategy and balance this with the 'local' UK requirements. In this role, you will work to understand your business requirements and shape a complimentary talent development strategy, as well as be responsible for the roll out, and subsequent evaluation, of the strategy.
This is an interesting role whereby you will operate in an SME, autonomous setting with the backing of a much larger co. This role will suit an L&D professional, or HR BP with experience in L&D, who is happy to balance both operational, hands-on work with strategic responsibility, and can operate successfully in a blue-chip, matrix environment.Pack includes 1 day in the London office, a base pay of c£70,000, £5,000 bonus, private medical, 5% DC pension and 42 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
