About us
Schroders, a global investment manager with a 200-year history of helping clients and society prosper, is seeking a Lead Analyst to join our Client Static Data team. This role is pivotal in providing client data management services across all our Wealth Management entities worldwide.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Client Static Data expert who can handle complex issues throughout their lifecycle, working closely with our Investment, Operations, and Accounting colleagues. Your responsibilities will range from day-to-day instruction processing, risk management, to being an escalation point for the team. You will also carry out independent processes and challenge existing ones to ensure continuous development.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the team's daily production and promptly report any issues and risks to the team manager.
- Lead the day-to-day processing of instructions, ensuring we meet internal and external deadlines.
- Support the team manager by reviewing the work performed by team members and their progress towards objectives.
- Provide support and advisory services to the Global Wealth Management teams in the UK, Guernsey, and Singapore.
- Lead team projects and implement new processes.
- Proactively drive the business strategy within the team and ensure team members understand the vision.
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings, coordinating communication flow and implementing changes.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a bank, asset, or wealth management working with client data.
- Experience in managing team members, either through supporting managers or directly managing a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including COBS, FATCA, and Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
- Proficiency in software T24 and FOLIO, and intermediate experience of Microsoft applications.
- Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) certified or equivalent.

Location
You'll be based at the Schroders Campus near Horsham in West Sussex, home to our operational teams, product reporting, and operational oversight for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
