We are searching for a Lead C# Web Developer with commercial development experience in ASP.NET MVC to join an innovative and forward-thinking provider of fleet and asset management software. Please note we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Key Benefits:
- £50,000 - £65,000 pa, dependent on experience
- Remote/Hybrid – Monthly meetings in Tamworth office
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day each year (up to 35 days)

Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience developing web applications in C# or VB.NET.
- Web Development in ASP.Net MVC.
- Knowledge of Web API, REST API and API design.
- Experience with unit, integration and load testing.
- Front-end experience: CSS3, HTML and JavaScript MVVM Frameworks, specifically Knockout.
- T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server (2016 onwards), relational database design.
- Object Oriented programming practices, SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Proficient in developing enterprise scale Web Applications and distributed software, with demonstrable experience of creating new applications/architectures.
- An understanding of security considerations when designing and developing public-facing applications and API endpoints.
- Experience mentoring less experienced developers.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for technology and will hold a natural curiosity to learning new technologies.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Entity Framework.
- DevOps and deployment of projects.
- MassTransit/Rabbit MQ.
- Developing Windows Services.
- Degree qualified in a scientific/engineering discipline.
- Experience working with financial software or within the financial sector.
- Fleet/Leasing SaaS industry experience.
