Creative Designer/ Lead Digital Graphic Designer

Hugely impressive law firm are looking to hire a permanent Creative Designer for their growing London office, the firm have seen an increase in the demand for good quality digital designs including motion graphics and animation as they push their messages to the market and their clients.
This new permanent full time Creative Designer role will be working from the London offices Monday - Thursday, and from home on a Friday. The team are looking for a creative individual ideally at Senior or Management level to support the firm’s creative output in London and across Europe. The starting salary will be £70,000 plus an impressive perks, benefits package, and generous annual bonus.
Core responsibilities include:
- Create visually compelling digital designs for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, event invitations and advertisements.
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate complex legal concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand digital graphics.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain a library of digital design assets, templates, and style guides.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all design work.
