Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Lead to drive complex analytics projects and support our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver analytics projects with accuracy and timeliness.
Support and mentor junior analysts and offshore teams.
Manage project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
Prioritize and balance planned and ad-hoc tasks.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to departmental strategy.
Build relationships with offshore analytics teams and lead briefings.
Identify and address risks and challenges, suggesting policy improvements.
Draw actionable conclusions and recommend further actions.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of credit products and data-driven strategies.
Experience with statistical models and analytics in banking.
Knowledge of risk management, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in SQL/SAS and strong quantitative analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across locations.
