The role:
As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge advanced Microsoft analytics solutions, providing a strategic edge to some of the UK's most prominent companies.
- Offer expert advice on analytics best practices
- Deliver timely and budget-friendly analytics capabilities
- Capture client requirements and shape effective intelligence solution architecture
- Design bespoke Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics solutions
- Implement solutions using top-notch data management and transformation practices
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards for clear data presentation
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven client-facing experience in management consultancy or system integration
- Demonstrable expertise in designing or developing advanced business intelligence & analytics solutions using the full Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and Azure Data Platform services
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Hands-on experience with data discovery tools like MS Power BI, QlikView, Tableau
- Proficiency in modelling and transforming data, ETL solutions, and presenting data contextually
- Experience in developing data warehouses & data marts following the Kimball methodology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interested in staying up to date with the latest service offerings from Microsoft - such as Fabric
