This dynamic consulting team have a superb opportunity to join the team as a Lead Data & Analytics Consultant to help shape the future of some of the UK’s leading companies.
We're seeking experienced Lead Data & Analytics Consultants, you'll be responsible for delivering advanced analytics solutions to top UK companies. You can work from home with the understanding that some travel may be required to client offices.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on analytics best practices and deliver analytics capabilities on time and to budget
Develop and design bespoke Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics solutions using Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and data discovery tools such as Power BI or possiblyQlikView, Tableau
Implement solutions using best practices for data management and transformation
Design and develop effective reports and dashboards for clear and informative data presentation
Capture client requirements and model data for an effective intelligence solution architecture
Qualifications:
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally with a management consultancy or system integrator
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience in data modeling and transformation, building ETL solutions, and developing data warehouses & data marts using the Kimball methodology
- Experience or awareness of Big Data and Data Science related technologies, such as R or Azure Machine Learning, to design and implement predictive analytics models
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A numerate degree (mathematical or computer science related disciplines) with good problem-solving skills.
