Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, Redshift) - £100k - £120k Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, Redshift) - £100k - £120k My client, a leading ecommerce business are looking to hire an experinaced Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) to be part of a growing team who have embarked on an impressive data transformation. The business is based in Bristol and are offering a flexible hybrid WFH and would require the Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) to be in their London office 1 day a week. As the Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) you will be responsible for technical leading a team of 7 engineers and analysts. As a business they took a step back and looked at how they can improve and have decided to embark on several technology and digital incentives with data being at the forefront. The Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) will come into to help deliver their data strategy, working with the internal teams and digital partners to help improve the way the business stores and uses data. The Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the junior engineers to drive a slick data driven culture and help implement and support new practices. The Lead Data Engineer (Python, SQL, AWS, Redis, CI/CD, Redshift) will ideally be a technically strong individual with good soft skills and proven experience managing senior stakeholders, technical and non technical.
