ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a Team of Data Scientist
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, SQL, and others to implement statistical/Forecasting methods effectively addressing specific business problems.
• Develop robust Forecasting/Personalisation/Search/Recommendation models and perform data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Innovate and enhance existing methodologies by creating new data sources, conducting rigorous testing, and fine-tuning of Forecasting & Personalisation/Search model parameters.
• Play a pivotal role in designing and developing automated forecasting systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
• Build customer-facing reporting tools with intuitive interfaces, providing comprehensive insights and metrics to track forecast/Personalisation/ Search performance and elucidate variance.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
• Present critical data in a clear and concise format, facilitating a quick understanding of inputs and outputs of forecasting systems and contributing to the continual improvement of their performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in Python, including its associated data and machine learning packages such as numpy, pandas, pyspark, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and more.
• Experience working with object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience in Forecasting & AB testing.
• Leadership
• Expertise in utilizing SQL for data acquisition and transformation.
• Outstanding quantitative modeling and statistical analysis abilities.
