My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps engineer who has experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure and monitoring systems. In the role, you will be responsible for leading the formation of a new DevOps/Security function and will have a significant impact on the technical strategy. This role will require great stakeholder management, leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Implement and lead DevOps and Security practices for the Azure cloud environment.
Design and develop secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure software development and deployment.
Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response.
Stay ahead of security trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer in Azure cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud security principles and best practices.
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
Deep understanding of secure SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, CCSP) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
