Want to play your part in a £1 Billion + Project?

In this newly created role your remit will include:

• Develop and manage the delivery of document and information management systems.

• Ensure site based document management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures

• Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements

• Create and Develop master document templates and forms when required

• Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.

• Oversee and assist in compilation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) to meet delivery handover requirements

• Produce document status reports weekly / monthly as required

• Prepare data reports when required on document status

• Deliver training on document management process and procedures when required

Candidates will ideally have strong Document and Team management Project, Construction or Manufacturing Documentation background with excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.

Additional skills should include:

Experience in managing documentation and information systems, processes and governance.

Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in multi-discipline, complex high values, data critical environments.
