Lead Full Stack Developer / Lead Web Developer - London (Hybrid), to GBP 90k
Lead Full Stack Developer / Lead Web Developer (.net / JavaScript) for our client, a tech driven, award-winning E-commerce company based in London.
You will be looking after a small Team of Developers, both Front End and Back End (offshore / onshore), whilst remaining hands-on.
Essential skills required for this role are a background in .Net Development with experience in front end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue. Ideally you will have a background working in Ecommerce and taken ownership of the delivery of projects. Candidates will need to have experience in leading small teams with good people management skills.
Provide leadership, management, guidance and mentorship to a team of Developers.
- Leading the Team, ensuring that web products are completed on time to a high standard, ensuring best practice.
- Remain hands-on providing technical guidance to the team on Front End technologies.
- Communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Back End/Full Stack/Front End Developers to ensure that project goals are met.
Experience required:
- Experience working with C# .NET Core
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS Front End experience
- E-commerce experience or landing pages focused teams, projects
- Have a good understanding of web and Front End performance optimisation
- Any experience of using SPA Front End frameworks would be an added bonus.
- Lead experience - strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams (including offshore teams would be desirable) and managing stakeholders/owning the delivery.
