Key Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic lead(signage designer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signage and wayfinding, an eye for detail, and experience designing signage for themed environments. A Signage Designer will work closely with the Creative Director, Design Manager and other team members to develop visually stunning and functional signage solutions that enhance the overall theme and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to develop the signage concepts that align with the overall theme and design vision of the project.
- Create detailed design drawings and specifications for marquees, operation signage, primary warnings, wait times, and height restrictions, including layout, typography, color schemes, and materials.
- Ensure that all signage designs comply with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and local regulations.
- Oversee the production and installation of marquees, signage and wayfinding in collaboration with fabricators and installers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing signage and conduct site visits to assess marquees, signage, and wayfinding needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies in order to ensure the highest level of quality and innovation in signage design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are met.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications / certifications
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD programs.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and spatial design.
- Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks and 3Ds Max

- Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials used in signage production.
