(including unlimited annual leave AND bonus)!JGA are working with a leading consultancy services organisation are recruiting for Implementation Consultants to join their team thanks to fantastic growth. The firm are ideally looking for experience in implementing either Payroll, HR or HCM systems.This is a home based job requiring no travel whilst managing small, medium and large-scale Payroll/HR/HCM implementations across various sectors.*To be considered for this position - you will have worked as a Payroll/HR Project Manager previously*Lead iTrent Consultant - Responsibilities:Provide advice and guidance to clients on their implementation pathway.Ensure projects are created effectively with sound governance and structure.Take responsibility for designing the desired solution following discovery sessions with clients.Identifying product boundaries or where a simple solution is not possible and working with the supplier and customer to identify solutions.Support the full technical implementation.Support clients with data migration, transformation and loading into the new solution.Support clients through User Acceptance testing and training.Deliver sound project governance and handover to support.Lead iTrent Consultant - Required Skills:Proven experience in HR/Payroll implementation.Knowledge of SaaS solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Sound like you?
