TSA Surveying are currently representing a global multi-disciplinary consultant who are looking to make a strategic hire into their Leeds Asset Management team. The company in question is a leading brand, with a strong track record of delivering a full bespoke solution to clients building services lifecycle solutions.
The client in question is looking for an individual to play a key role in their asset management team. The asset management team is predominately engaged in conducting large scale surveys of a client’s estate with a view to assisting in PPM planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will come under the lifecycle management element of their process. As an outcome of the surveys is it extremely common that there will be number of suggestions for estate improvement these can fall under long term cost savings and long-term sustainability. We are looking for someone who would have a real passion of taking this all the way through the process from initial scope, pricing through to delivery.
