Key Responsibilities of a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer:

Qualifications of a Lead Mechancial Design Engineer:

- Extensive experience in mechanical design, particularly within the avionics industry- but not essential.
- Proven track record of leading design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes relevant to avionics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers.
